Ingredients:
For the meat:
- 500 g chicken breast or lamb, cut into thin slices
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp paprika powder
- 1/2 tsp ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
For the salad:
- 1 small red onion, thinly sliced
- 2 tomatoes, diced
- 1 cucumber, diced
- 1/2 bunch fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
Additional attachments:
- Cooked rice or French fries
- flatbread
For the sauces:
- Tzatziki or a garlic-yogurt sauce
- Hot sauce as desired
Directions:

Marinate meat: In a bowl, mix olive oil, salt, pepper, paprika, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder and lemon juice. Add the meat and mix well. Cover and let marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.

Prepare the salad: In another bowl, mix the onion, tomatoes, cucumber and parsley. Season with salt, pepper, olive oil and lemon juice. Set aside.

Cook the meat: Heat a pan over medium heat and add the marinated meat. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the meat is cooked through and lightly browned.

Prepare side dishes: While the meat is cooking, cook the rice or prepare the French fries according to the package instructions. Warm the flatbread.

Serving: Place the cooked rice or French fries on a plate. Spread the cooked meat on top. Arrange the fresh salad next to it. Serve with flatbread and the desired sauces.
